I've been practicing since year 2000, more recently both pilates and yoga have been the backbone of my physical and spiritual wellness routines. I am qualified in Vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, and Iyengar styles. At Yoga Mix I offer an accessible stress-busting hybrid class.

Robert Bergman

I am the founder of Yoga Mix and have been regularly practicing yoga since 2010 as well as Aikido since 1981 in which I am a qualified instructor. I will occasionally teach an "aiki-yoga" class which is a weaving together of basic Hatha Yoga and Aikido principles of centering, grounding and extension. You will get a good combination of exercises to increase strength, flexibility, and centering.

Nataliya Gasenko

I offer classes in Holden Qi Gong, an easy to learn style of Qi Gong, adopted to the western mind. We do a series of easy movements, without stress or great effort, that have a remarkable energizing and invigorating effect on your body and mind.


Liz Udler

As a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, and long time practitioner, I take a functional health oriented approach to yoga. My practice philosophy is to only do what serves the individual body and mind. You can expect my classes to include a vigorous flow, core work, and strong mindfulness component weaved throughout. I look forward to seeing you in my next class!

Jimena Gajate

I think of the connection of movement with breath as the awakening to the power of self- awareness, the more we practice understanding and loving ourselves we learn to be more mindful, kind and inspire others. I create experiences that invite the mind to be present and the body to move while breathing consciously; allowing the self to observe and feel. I guide my students on a journey of exploration, working with physical & energetic anatomy to amplify the understanding of our selves.
